Create a pull down in the header that redirects to different sub topics

As best I can tell nosing around, it looks like this would have to be a pulldown that contains links that redirect two different domains. So for example if I wanted to do a section on quick tips then I would have to go create a domain for that and put the content in there and capture that link and bring that link back and put it into the pulldown menu. For testing purposes I do have two other domains already within WordPress so I could use them as dummy links.
